About Us
"Salisbury Electronics Repair" was registered November 29th, 1999. We opened our doors to the public on January 15th, 2000. We originally began our business in a little building beside our home that was a total of 236 sq ft (Square Feet). We focussed on repairing T.V.s, VCRs, Antiques, Radios - most electronic items.
In October, 2001, we began incorporating computer sales & service into our business. We changed the name of the company to "Salisbury Electronics & Computers".
On June 1st 2003 we changed locations to 3070 Main St. In Salisbury. We began by renting 2 units in the Salisbury mall and moved up recently to three. We now encompass 1,500 sq ft.
In July, 2003 We became an Aliant Internet Dealer.
In November, 2003 we became a "Radio Shack Direct Dealer". We steadily continue to bring in their line of unique electronic products. Recently, Radio Shack has changed its name to "The Source". (See subheading "News" for more information). This has not affected our dealership with them.
Our business has truly become a varied mixture of Sales & Services. We are a shop that “Takes you from Yesterday into Tomorrow". We offer everything from Record Needles to Computer peripherals. We still service most electronic items. We also sell Used Electronics, Audio/Video Equipment,Ink Jet Cartridges, Batteries, CDs/DVDs, Remotes, Printers, Cables, Phones & Gadgets of all kinds. For the kids, we carry a good selection of Remote Control cars, trucks, planes, Estes Rockets and gifts! (For more detailed product information see "Products").
Salisbury Electronics & Computers now has 4 employees. Patrick Last (Electronics Technician) is the Owner & Manager. He is accompanied by his Wife, Hollie ("His Girl Friday"). Denis Murphy ("AV Technician")became associated with us in March, 2001. Mike Geldart ("Computer Technician" & Sales Associate) was added to the trio in October, 2003.
We are happy to have been serving Salisbury & surrounding areas for over 6 years now!
